FAQ 1000: How to read our daily research report online after you login to our trading platform

FAQ 3000: How to trade odd lot shares?
1. If you are using the online web-site platform, under the “market” selection, click to select the “sgx unitshares” instead of the default “sgx”.
2. If you are sing our mobile phone app, go to the magnifying glass counter search
3. key in counter name (or just part of it).
4. a list will appear, BEFORE you select the counter you want, look towards the right, there is a “SGX” word, you hold it and there is a drop down menu appear, select “SGXO”
FAQ 4000: How to configure a personal “trade” or “stock” or “sgx news” alert?
1. It can only be configured via the online portal. After you login, look for the config icon
2. go to the configure alert tab.
3. key in your mobile phone number and email address.
4. to configure a “trade” alert. tick on the “trade” checkbox. So whenever your trade is done (buy or sell), you will receive an alert.
5. to configure a “stock” alert, tick on the “stock” checkbox.
so you will receive alert when “set alert criteria” condition is met.
To “set alert criteria”, right click on a stock (e.g. in your watchlist) and fill in the alert criteria in a pop up menu.
6. to configure a “news” alert, tick on the “news” checkbox. So whenever there is a sgx news on the selected stock (which is set under the “set alert criteria”)
To “set alert criteria”, right click on a stock (e.g. in your watchlist) and click on the “SGX News” tab in a pop up menu.
