胜科海事失之东隅，吉宝企业收之桑榆

吉宝岸外与海事 (Keppel Corp Offshore and Marine) 与胜科海事昨天暂停交易。 公布了双方达成合并协议的细节。今早恢复交易后的第一个交易日，各自收市价列表如下： 显然在双方的营业业绩与财务指标参数悬殊，加上公司管理层团队能力大相径庭之下，吉宝企业获得了各项优厚（经双方同意的独立第三方财务公司推算审计见证下）的合拼筹码。毋庸置疑，充分反映在今天的收市价，一览无余。 《按：吉宝企业今天还是除息（Ex-date of 21 cents dividend)后第一个交易日.否则更加明显.》 如果你是胜科海事小股东，可谓是“失之东隅”； 如果你是吉宝企业股东，则是“收之桑榆”； 如果你同时拥有胜科海事，以及吉宝企业股份，那便是“失之东隅，收之桑榆”。 很欣赏吉宝企业的公司管理层团队，尤其是首席执行官（CEO Loh Chin Hua）出席记者招待会并亲自接受各项尖锐提问时，信心满满，做足功课，对一切细节了如指掌，对答也精准如流，令人印象深刻。美中不足的，也许会是在商言商时，过于寸土不让吧。 written by George Seah 佘文发硕士 (for my blog)
