中国买家，大手笔进驻购“屋”天堂。

随着中美关系因台湾问题日趋恶化，中国积极开启上合组织不结盟运动、合作对话与去美元化交易。以制衡美国通过西方盟国去中企化，对中资入口关税制裁，全面限制高科技产品出口等，彼此闹得沸沸扬扬，似乎再也 回不到过去那些年 合作双赢的友好年代。 加上中国本身疫情管控的清零不变，住房不炒的发展商三条红线、以及共同富裕政策，许多富商权贵，纷纷到海外购置房产，作为资产配置多元化的投资方向。 刚在2022年九月，又有一名中国买家，花了新币六千万元，直接向本地发展商买了四套在乌节路的豪华公寓单位。这是继今年五月，另一名中国买家用新币逾八千五百万元，横扫我国里峇峇利路黄金地段一个新推出公寓的二十个单位后又一壮举。虽说外国购房者须支付高达30%的额外买家印花税，但对这些资金充裕的外国买家，新加坡仍是全球华人社群青睐的购“屋”天堂。 The red hot Singapore property market (pic is from internet open source.) written by George Seah Singapore 佘文发硕士 (for my blog)
